I'm not much for explaining my artwork. I admire Georgia O'Keeffe for her tactful answers when questioned about her work in that she never defended or interpreted her paintings. I guess if I could verbally describe what it is I'm drawing or collaging, then I wouldn't have to create a visual. As much as I write things in my journal and get feelings on the page, it is mostly with drawing that I can express my feelings. I'm just no good at talking about the images after they're on the page.
