I'm finding it difficult to write or visually express what I've been feeling. An exercise that helped came from the book "The Decorated Journal" by Gwen Diehn. (See SUBTRACTING TEXT on pages 82& 83.) Quote: "Instead of laboring to find the perfect way to say something, you simply float along on a sea of words, grabbing those that appeal to you or that seem to advance the meaning you've set to communicate."
