Literature, art, religion and film have depicted the existence and sighting of mermaids since humankind's earliest time. Do they exist? Some think yes, others think no. I prefer to imagine these magical ladies in whimsical ways inspiring us to enjoy the beauty of the sea. Legend has it these sea goddesses have no inhibitions and are full of self-confidence. Get out your papers, magazines and pictures and start cutting out the shapes to make your own mythical mermaids to inspire your creativity.
